If you need to progress faster and have time to spend you can get fortune. It’s slow but gives more items. If you don’t like to gather stuff for a long time or need to collect a bunch of stuff get efficiency.
If you need to get mob drops for a quest get looting. If you don’t want to spend a long time on killing undead get smite.

2 high walls

put the piglins spawners in the middle

then at one side put trapdoors and a hole 5 blocks deep

stand at the other side of teh trapdoors

then hit them with a bow or smth and they get mad at u and fall inside the trapdoor

then go down and murder them
