it is a glitch. cc fortune is different on purpose to make fortune 20 ect not op. by doing what your doing, its unintended and a well known glitch on cc

just not a major one

It's useless. It ties into normal protection, so having prot 20 total across your armor acts the same as featherfalling 7 (which is the best featherfalling since it caps for resistance) which rendered featherfalling useless on sb for endgame

Basically you can achieve Max featherfalling without featherfalling

I proved this a while back for both java and bedrock sb
