Yes, for bedrock you have only the featured servers (and unless you know how to get the others via setting a different DNS or so, you’ve only got those servers) so that’s where the bulk of CCs playerbase is. With Java edition however, there is no such thing. So players can join servers such as hypixel.

Not really. Weather for me recently has been eh. It hasn’t been hot enough to go to the beach, so we just stayed home for the most part this summer. A bored teen with nothing to do apart from browse eBay looking at retro consoles and games, I get bored. So I started the skyblock game.

If you're using the ping command in game to come to this conclusion, don't. You can always subtract around 50ms just because of how it is calculated and apart from that it isn't the most accurate either.

If you want the same "ping" has other servers/games use the server list one

But on a more important note, I would just recommend not looking at ping at all and just going of on how it feels.
High numbers make you think it feels worse than it actually is
