Yes you can use a fortune pick (wooden) and put as many lvls of fortune as you can and mine warts sugar cane and carrots

Beetroot and wheat will only produce more seeds with fortune

You could always just make it wider and just have one layer with water pushing the cactus to a central spot

Yeah if you have it all pushing one direction and have a collection area setup they shouldn't despawn after breaking you'd just have to regularly check to see if they've grown until you get hoppers

50m unboosted to grow as long as you check on your profile every hour your able to youll be able to expand your farm exponentially until it suits your needs

Yep they should just collect there I don't think there is a time limit on how long an entity can stay on the ground unless you have hit the entity limit (like stacks and stacks of items on the floor)

Last thing , it’s random , but in the whole sky block , what’s the best money making method and the best xp farm

Money: coco beans<melons<cooked porkchop (pig farm)<sugar cane<gunpowder (creeper farm)
Xp: early game you can put all undead mobs in a grinder and kill them with a smite sword/mining ores
Later game it's a combination or pigman and wither skele grinders (quartz emeralds and diamonds also give a hefty bit of xp)

The design your build for pigs I wouldn't recommend

The difference in time between the last few pig spawners and last few creeper spawners Is huge. That's why I designed the farm for CREEPERS

for pigs it's better time management to build a max rate gateless farm which can be around 90-95% efficiency per spawner

Or even a simple gate farm which would be 95% ish

It basically boils down to how much gates to you want to trade for coin cost

And the gate cost is exponentially increasing

For example for a gateless farm I could do it with only 909-960 spawners for max rates
