the server can still detect menu clicks. the game still needs to register the data of the chest that gets edited. the menu is a chest. if too much data is being sent through packets (from autoclicking) then itll detect it. what the anticheat will see is the sell item popping in and out of the slot at high rates of speed sending a butt load of packets to the server
