I understand the frustration here and it is totally justified. One of the big issues we had in the past with Skyblock was the complexity surrounding the codebase and internal systems required to support it. There was also a lot of overhead involved in updating the game, which to an extent is why we initially stopped work on the end update some back, since we realized that we didn't quite have the resources dedicated to updating the game and didn't want to deliver a product that would ultimately let people down.

Thankfully, since we've updated our server software now and have eliminated a lot complexity surrounding the game (tl;dr, the Skyblock codebase basically got rewritten when we updated to 1.19 last year), updating it is far easier and we've been wanting to place a bit of focus back on Skyblock. We're currently in the process of developing a quest update which will add quite a few new quests to the game.

As for the End update, it is still very much something we are interested in bringing to the server. I don't have any additional information to share, but ultimately at the end of the day, we want to deliver an amazing update and we plan to when we have he time to devote to it. We'd much rather deliver a complete and finished product here instead of something rushed.
