Just make a block of cobble gens 4 layers thick. Then spawn the wither inside and spam a smite sword. Thats the easy way to do it

Spawners on sb have a 32 block player range horizontal with infinite verticle (unless it's hostile then its 127)
They have a 9x9x3 spawn area
They can spawn on anything that isn't air, this includes string, open fencegates, ect.
Mobs get tied to the home spawner rather than a range from the spawner like original Minecraft. This makes packed farms of hundreds of spawners easier
Each spawner has a cap of 6 mobs

And then mob cap is 1000 mobs

It takes 800 spawners to max out a fencegate design farm too
