Even with looting. You can get up to 22 coal with looting 20. And looting works the same as vanilla on here due to a bug. Infact the looting impacts the coal more than witherskulls due to how looting works if you do the math behind it

The spawners work almost identically to vanila, with 3 main differences.

1. you can level them up (only increase mob hp and exp drops)
2. mobs spawn on everything except for air (they would spawn on open fence gates, but not in a block that has no block placed
3. the proximity to the spawners that you need to be in is only a 2 chunk radius, and you have to be within 128 blocks from mobs for the spawners to work
