Just so you know before creating a large cactus farm. Crop timers only update when the player is online (the timer goes down but the crop won’t actually update when it hits 0) Meaning the cactus would only grow a block if the player joins. In that moment all cactus grow at the same time, if made large enough it’ll exceed the drop limit and the excess cactus will be deleted.

Hence why it’s not really a popular farm to build

Making the fall area bigger is easy. We can do a 64x64 area infact

Spawners go out of range past 32 blocks. You can do more by doing an ice water trail but thats all

You just have all the water go into a small area then make a common water hopper aligned line, and you can do it infinitely. It's how my secondary storage design works @vast zodiac
