Obviously not because bedrock and java are two different versions + there is no bedrock/java cross play on cubecraft and even if the server wanted to do it. They wouldn't be able to because of one of the rules of being as a featured server is having no cross play between java and bedrock. So I hope that solves your question.

Think about the issues they have with the end and why they scrapped it. 1. The amount of resources it takes is too much 2. Coding an enderdragon fight into skyblock would be quite difficult since they'd either need a bigger island (not particularly favoured) or they'd need to recode the dragons ai to make it easier in a small space. 3. They'd need a way to respawn the dragon for quests ect. So they'd need to update the nether before the end to be able to obtain ghast tears
