Skyblock is inder maintenance right now. It won't be up for atleast next 7h. They are transferring data and it's taking a while because of the 1.19 update the server has gotten. As for the end update, nothing has been told about it for a good year now besides it being scrapped. Adding End dimension to skyblovk is a quite hard and they currently don't have enough resources to do it.
