can be difficult, too many variables. first you got their health which would be easy to predict if it were just that. then you got a level variance of 5 levels and tough mobs which spawn 50% higher level. then you have armour points which negate fall + Various enchants such as protection which can negate this drop even further. theres way too many as you go higher with spawner level creating basically a near chaotic system hence why we dont recommend making a farm with spawners you get off the islands
