Okay ima list as much as i can remember in my dilirius state:

(All of these being obtainable/usable)

Blocks: smoker, blast furnace, campfires, basalt, blue ice, likely more but too tired

Mechanics: bubble elevators (they make exp farms insanely good as you can drop them multiple times), basalt generation using lava, blue ice, and soul sand in the nether, hoe functionality and enchants (really helps a lot with gathering saplings and that lot), pretty sure we can get drowned and therefore copper (not certain on this one), we potentially may be able to get behives, and therefore bees, honey blocks, honeycomb and that stuff (they generate on birch trees rarely when a flower is near them)

New content added by them:

They actually did add a new quest, a main quest at extreme hills to introduce the optimiser earlier on

the npc in hub does it, you need to give them 16 of a certain item to cause it to boost grow time for a certain amount of time, you unlock this npc when you get extreme hills
