Being banned by sentinel is literally sentinels job, all you have to do is appeal if its a false ban (with hopefully a game clip, means your screwed if you play ps) in this case its reimbursement for lost items that has never been proven to exist or to have been lost due to a glitch, so therefore nothing they can do to reimburse you

Its been known for a while, its to do with how positions are stored

The y position is stored and rounded up to save on storage used for every player on skyblock and that collides with the block overhead normally, so game corrects your position and teleports you up to the top
