As for people bypassing if we see a link between one account and another on the same ip then we will ban for bypassing (If one account is currently punished). On top of this we do ip blocks mainly for cheating bans, but we can also ip block people who are known to be bypassing a lot if need be.

VPN's are something we are blocking too, but things like dyamic ips etc also exist as well as a lot of VPNs so somewhere most likely people will bypass still. If anything it should be Microsoft or Mojang making it more difficult for people to have multiple accounts for situations like these
