I also set a new cage(the fire one) today, if there's no changes recently, I guess the cage might be the origin of bug. Since this never happened to me before I apply this cage.

You can't craft event and votelets at all. Votelets van give you any normal type of cubelet when opening them.
And the event cubelets will always give you a new item unless you have all of them. Then they'll give you 2.5k loot points

You are aware it also works in the other direction right. If they can reach on you, you can reach on them

for a high ping player the ‘reach’ they see is purely visual since they are lagging, for a low ping player it is literal reach as the server is delayed on their exact position
