Yes, you'll need to visit the official cubecraft appeals site.. Choose the version (Bedrock/Java) and type in the player name you want to see whether they're banned or not.
You can do so, By going here-

Additionally, if the report was done by you using /sr or /report in-game.. You'll get a not message in the chat if he got banned at that moment-- Meanwhile if you made a reprot using the forums, you should get a notification regarding on your report telling you if it was accepted or denied.
