Last time I played Lucky Islands was 1 or 2 weeks ago, before the new Game Framework, and now it seems less laggy (but still is).
I think the cause is that the lucky blocks are still a steve model/entity.
When I join a game it takes some time to load, once it's loaded it's less laggy (weird).

You're right, the cause is because of the steve geometry. We identified this some time ago but its a little more complicated than it looks. We're looking to fix it in the next month hopefully.
