I found a bug in lucky islands omg.

So theres this one bug, WHere you shoot the bow frozen bow to player

And they get freezed right? If you pull up your explosive bow, Then you shoot at the frozen player, It breaks half of it and then you can actually kill the player but they can not go out.

I was dying on stream today from server lag

Not even on my end i had 100 ping but the server was legit like freezing in lucky so I just decided to play eggwars instead

Also since I don't really do forums posts etc, I'll put my feedback on the beta UI here.
The design is good and pretty well thought out, though very laggy and very confusing at first. what would be nice is if you could choose favorites outside of the game because in game you're like less than 20 blocks away from the islands next to you and it's impossible to get time to. another thing I'd like is if a player gets killed the person that killed them gets their materials, so it's not pretty much pointless to kill people

The UI is good, laggy and confusing but design wise is good. though maybe for the armors put the packs on the top row bc scrolling is a pain in solos.

Also on the note above, games where 2 teams don't fight each other or one just maxes out on obsidian etc isn't very fun. There should be a deathmatch timer maybe 15-20 minutes in where eggs break and a wall slowly starts creeping in at 20-25 minutes. it would prevent camping, base bulking and hiding

I am not an official Server Admin so this is me just kinda from what I know (and my opinion);
Lag is being looked into (: as for optimization of UI in terms of layout defs an interesting suggestion 👀
As for death timer, probs not something I personally would like to see - it defeats the purpose of eggs as a whole (in my opinion). If you are against someone that is not fighting, then you gear and go fight them - chances are you have a bit better of a shot (if you both have an egg) since they likely wont leave to get your egg, or will then its a death fight 😅 but ye; I personally would not like a deathmatch timer in eggwars - since we have so many things to help you go get the enemy (epearls, bridges, elytras)
