A gripe i've had is that from the videos i've seen is that combos seem pretty cps based, in both starting and keeping them. Is this true?

Laptops don’t run components at full power by default

This is to save battery

So even if u have like an RTX 3090 in a laptop, it won’t be that insane because it doesn’t actually use the power necessary to become an insane GPU
