The problem with the moderation team is that they are untrained and know little to nothing about cheaters
to get Helper you must have X amount of player reports, not an extensive understanding of cheaters vs real players
you can have 50 accepted reports and 300 denied ones and have a potential of becoming a helper
and when helper if you do not consistently falsly report to a moderator or other staff member as much as you did before you would get mod
