I'd recommend you try clearing your resource pack cache. You should be able to by going to Settings > Storage > Cached Data and selecting any CubeCraft resource pack and deleting it

my theory is that while typing the uv (texture coords) for the arm and leg bones, they mistakenly used the same number, saw that one side looked weird, and simply added a "mirror" statement thinking it would fix it

they probably used a skin where the left and right legs have the same texture so they didnt notice the REAL issue

ive recreated the bug perfectly myself so i know what it is
