I'm a mobile one, and I literally do not or rarely commit such mistakes.
Controller is good for fighting and sprinting and stuff but for looting and quickly turning the cam to place blocks as you fall... it's not yet this.
For mobile it's easier to clutch imo, but got to stay away from blocks on which I'd accidentally happen to interact whilst tap-fighting
