I was able to contact a dev directly about it, but its difficult to do that since the sentinel Devs DMs are closed unless they are friends with you.

This is what happened to me.
These bans I think normally last 30 days.
As for the email. Unfortunately the Devs have been really caught up with IRL stuff and since I think there are only 2 devs that handle sentinel bans it is difficult to get through it all.
