so It's kind of unneeded to do so, you can achieve the same just but holding d or s while strafing around someone which would be more effective

Same even i dont use the challenge queue and it still hard for pe players to win since a lot of them use hacks and auto clickers even the controller and the kbm players who use it on pe still queue with touch players
