Rank transfers is something that we used to do back in the days. This was immensely abused by our community back then, hence is why we decided to revoke that permission.
Since then, we haven't offered someone the option to move their ranks, not even in special cases like compromised accounts/lost accounts et cetera. Rank transfers is a service we no longer offer, not even in special circumstances. Period. Reason why I'm mentioning this? Allowing stats transfers would result in this again.

Supporting our ECOs in running their community really differs from transferring stats due to an issue which is caused by something externally. Keeping our community bonded is a rather important thing, and we try to help our ECOs with that ~ even if that means transferring a rank (and the ECO rank transfer is in no way related to transferring stats).

While again, I'm sorry for your friend but transferring stats simply is something we cannot offer. We simply do not offer this service to anyone, not to a random stone player, not too someone who is on a leaderboard. Like redned said, doing that would require us to make an exception for everyone, which simply isn't realistic.

Hi there! I just recently played a game of Egg Wars with my friend when we noticed some suspicious behaviour with another player. Q11 YT was in the red team beside our base when he quickly ditched his team mate and we never saw him come back. The game continued and we then saw him at the Yellow base helping out the Yellow team. Him and the Yellow team then killed me and everyone else in the game and then they played a game on their own. They are obviously friends and decided to cross team even though there was a strict warning at the start saying they would get banned. Block breaking changed slightly in terms of how it was handled not too long ago due to changes in the Minecraft protocol itself, and I do believe that is when this bug started happening particularly (not a bug in the protocol per se, but a specific change that required us to make some changes to it internally)

It's been one I've been trying to track down exactly what is the cause for quite some time, and have put in various patches that have both negatively and positively effected it at some point, but ultimately it's not as easy as it sounds to get a definitive fix out 😅
