I did for a bit but they clearly knew the cause and fixed it... your ghost blox issue is likely latency related. It's extremely extremely hard to do multiplayer networking whereby it works for any ping.. believe me I have experience

my ping is between 11 and 20.. never ghost blocks. I'd suggest looking elsewhere other than speed of connection to server. Adding NA servers widens the scope for being able to do a whole bunch of things that over time will likely make the game experience better for the whole... without that step u can't build upon it
