There's already a /report command on Java. There isn't on Bedrock, as there aren't enough bedrock moderators to handle all of them.

There is many issues with Xbox One
Because Microsoft can’t work with Minecraft even though they kind of own the game
I mean they worked well fine around a year ago, not anymore game had been running poorly since
I think it was ever since the Beta for Ray Tracing launched on pc (even tho it wasn’t available on base version)
And got even worse once the update for Ray Tracing actually came out
It got a bit better, but input lag and frames are still pretty garbage (at least on servers) because xbox really can’t handle more than like 3 players and a stack of entities

Mc Java is just one platform so its easy for launchers and that stuff meanwhile Mc Bedrock has multiple platforms so Microsoft has tomake sure everything is compatible with console, pc and mobile. And if bedrock had launchers they'd need Sony and Nintendo to make changes so it would work on their consoles.
