I think you aren't catching the point here, if you intentionally set your mouse to do that it is punishable. But if it happens just naturally from the mouse and on accident that is ok since you have no control over it.

Stasi legit shows himself clicking with the double clicks on and you can see his fingers are quite slow and he can hit 13 tops. But then when he starts intentionally double clicking (result from changing debounce time) you can see him hit 20cps with ease.
