I think it is becuase you can't tell what method is being used to place that many blocks in that short time period.

I would not ban that person either, even though that player clearly had to have high cps in that moment in order to place them that quickly.

Point being, that could possibly have been made with butterfly click (which is legal) .

I don't think its jitter clicking, seems to be at least 20+ cps.

probably, I don't really know what rules cubecraft have for double clicking. There is two ways that could happen; companies make mices that do double clicks (which cant be turned off) and some mices have softwares where people cheat with marcos and double clicks

depends what you mean with double clicking. If you mean software double clicking which obviously aint allowed, where 1 click equals 2 cps. If you mean double clicking in mices, some companies build their mices so occoanisly your click registers as two. There is nothing you can do about that
