Not exactly having amazing internet will help you alot in getting a better connection what will result into less lag/ping I have 120ms on wifi (altough my pc doesnt support it so this is with a dongel -> usb that gives wifi support) and 30 on cabled Internet (ethernet) and it doesn't matter if I play on a different region then the EU next to that the device you use matters too I had 10ms on ps4 and 30 on pc probably because I have a lot running on the background on pc
