The villager that sells diamond armour never restocks, I never bought from those trades but it’s locked, same with the iron for that villager, and lava too now because I tried to reset by trading lava but it just ended up locked too lmao. The other villager that buys iron restocks, even lowered the price for the diamonds tools

Just looked it up. 1.19 bug. Can take the villager to another dimension and back to fix them. (Nether and back is probably the easiest option for that.)

Alternately, there's also apparently a mod to fix it (likely needs to be on the server for multiplayer):

I don't know on that, just that apparently there's a number of trade and profession related villager bugs in 1.19 that are apparently fixed by moving the villager to another dimension and back. If nothing else, even in the worst case scenario, you're not out any more than you would be from killing it and replacing it?
