So, I tried Sandbox mode but with limitations. So, I went with not all research and animals enabled, I chose the Modern theme. But something went wrong with the fences: Some modern and basic Themed Fences aren't available, while some arid and stone aged themed fences are. Furthermore, all available fences are shown to have 5 star strength, and all locked fences of one type that differ in height have the same strength.
