I updated my game yesterday after traveling to my parents and when i wanted to add Trex and other dinosaurs to my park, no one is loaded in the encyclopedia. When i released two trexes, they are not even in the game. Is it perhaps because i need a good internet connection?

Player Logs are useful tools that can help us devs debug the game and find issues in the game code. They can be found in %username%/AppData/LocalLow/Blue Meridian/Prehistoric Kingdom

I had the same issue today, no dinosaurs loaded and made the tutorial impossible to complete. Quit & reload did not fix, but verifying files and reloading seems to have done it (tutorial progress had reset to 0% when I reloaded). Happy to share logs if it will help - do I just add them here?

What is the filepath of this? These are other kinds of logs

The logs I need should be located in here: %username%/AppData/LocalLow/Blue Meridian/Prehistoric Kingdom

That doesn't make sense, they shouldn't be anywhere else

You're looking for a file called 'player.log'

When i am going through the Locallow, the only folder i can find is the report of crashes somehow

I can hear them roar and Nigel does read the lines when im klicken on them, but they are neither visibile in the park nor are materialized in the lab
