#TTS when add doesn't have debuff

On the Forgeweaver Araz raid encounter, I want to play TTS that says "glaive big add" when the Arcane Echo doesn't have the Chaos Brand debuff from Demon Hunters. Ideally, this would only happen on the first Arcane Echo (there are three). What trigger(s) would I use to achieve this? I was thinking Aura -> Nameplate -> Debuff -> Exact Spell ID(s) = 1490 (Chaos Brand). How could I also make it happen only for the first Arcane Echo of the fight?

idk the fight that well, but if the arcane echoes have specific times that they spawn then you could use a boss mod trigger and play the sounds then.

Also, Chaos Brand/Mystic Touch only last ~13 seconds. I'd like the message to resend when the debuff falls off.

It should say "glaive big add" at 0:36 in the fight or when Chaos Brand falls off the unit 241923 (Arcane Echo). Does this seem right?
