tts. TTS Wa, plays when loaded in.

I got a little problem with my TTS Wa. It is for Renew, when Renew is ready i get a TTS sayin "Renew"
It is workin fine, but when i get into the WA Window, and close it, the WA is playin a sound too.
I tested it to load it just in Combat, but then the Wa announces "Renew" when the fight is starting.

This are my Settings:
Trigger Type Spell, Cooldown/Charges/Count, Exact Spell Match, Spell 139(Renew)
Actions: Chat Message, Text-to-speech, Voice Zira, Message "Renew"

Can i fix it that it don't plays the text-to-speech when getting infight/closing the Wa configurationwindow?

you are my hero of the day, it's working.
But now i got another Question. The icon is disappearing (bellow on your picture it says Hide timed)
But can i do this without the Icon being hidden?
I want the icon to stay active as long as Renew is off cooldown

WeakAuras's trigger gets the same event when you start game or close options.. so i dont see an easy away, not saying it's imposible
