Can you make a smart-group, auto-clone aura that shows on raid frames when a buff is *missing*?

I'd like to make an inverse atonement tracker - that shows with a red icon on the raid frames when attonement is missing, versus when it is present... only, I can't seem to find an "aura missing" option in the settings 😐
