Addon profiles keep resetting themselves | WeakAuras Community | Page 1

Hello,

Everytime i reload or switch characters etc. the game sometimes resets my addon profiles, mostly seen as weakauras get deleted and plater profiles. its getting really infurating because i need to import all my weakauras almost daily.

i have tried:

removing read only
running wow admin
repair wow and reinstall

WoW is installed on 2TB HDD that has 1.5TB space, C: drive is M2 SSD with 20GB left

oh and, this started when i cleaned my C: drive of useless folders, but i didnt delete anything that should affect wow

#

also, the addons themselves are okay but only the profiles are the problem, i suspect the profiles are saved somewhere else

the addons have zero control on how the game saves the data

Your installed auras can all be found at WTF\Account\<Account #>\SavedVariables\WeakAuras.lua

that's the file the game is saving the settings into
