Hide spell when on cooldown, Show when spell will off cooldown in x seconds

Hopefully the title explains what i'm looking for but i will describe as vividly as i possibly can to make sure i'm coming across correctly!

I want to make a weak aura that disappears when i use the spell, lets say Wind Shear for shamans.
When there is, lets say 5 seconds left for the spell to be available again To me it will:
Reappear.
Be desaturated.
Swipe.
Blinking or pulsating between a more transparent icon to opaque.
Text that shows the remaining time that will grow in size the closer to 0 it becomes (interval 20, 15, 10, 5s).

I have so far only really been able to get the spell to disappear when used with the premade auras for icons but have been unsuccessful in getting the icon to reappear at any time but when it's able to be used again.

Please help kindly with any resources i can take a look at as im brand new to trying to make my own weak auras! I'm trying to learn as much as possible 🙏

how does that make sense?

when you only want to show it from 5s CD onwards remaining, then why do you list a 5s interval going beyond 5s for that

as per your earlier requirements, the aura doesn't show when above 5s of cd

You are correct, i should have rephrased it as i meant it to be an example because i intend to use this with multiple different cooldowns but because Wind shear has a 12s cooldown i decided to use 5 seconds as an example.

In my head the logic would work the same regardless of what amount of seconds i decide to make the icon reappear again.
I hope i'm making sense and i apologize for not being clearer!
