Incoming Damage WA

Can anyone give an advice on creating a simple WA that shows icon + text of the last incoming damage from enemy to my character?
I tried trigger on the screenshot, but it doesn't show anything.

First of all this would only be melee hits, second what does your display text look like with this trigger?

I have another trigger for spells and dots. But i am trying to make it work at least with white damage for now.

Soft Enemy is a specific thing. Don't select a source

great, it works! but how can i disable ? sign for white attacks?

Provide a fallback icon in Display

The trigger you have doesn't have an Icon associated. A Fallback Icon let's you provide the Icon that will be used when a trigger doesn't provide one.
