i have this very good wa that highilghts ppl who have atonement on them, bbut it also does something i dont want it to do, it puts like a fuilter over hpo bar and goes down with duration of attonment which makes it hard to see the hp bar and aborbs because there is this yellow thing over hp that constantly goes down. If I understood correctly you don't want a progress bar but a texture so it doesn't "progres down"
