Glow when activating action button

I would like to ask now if anyone knows how to make the WeakAuras have this yellow border after I use the Aura's ability in question.

add a glow sub-element and activate and deactivate is with conditions

What would be the condition that activates when using the action button?

You can either track the cooldown or spell cast. Cooldown is usually easier to track

Trigger->Spell->Cooldown

or Trigger->Player/Unit Info->Cast

or you could use a combat log spell cast success trigger
