If aura_env.region inherits that function you should be able to change the font with it in code
Why not let the user change the font how they want? It already takes your font or falls back to a default.
Exactly, but it's the fallback I'm trying to control. It's just a design decision, but you're right and I should add a configuration option at least so it retains that function
I'll take a look at that reference and the region table 👍
No, you shouldn't add a option to overwrite the default.
People will change the font. And if the change the font and nothing happens that's bad.
unless you want to be pinged whenever someone types !jeremy
!jeremy

So i just gotta make a questionable Weakaura to get a !Lars or something ?
Sometimes the response is that no one here can ping you anymore.
Not that it happend but I want to keep my options open
Hm, wouldn't it be more convenient to the end user to change multiple font fields with one toggle? Also if I change the display data in other ways they can update the WA without losing their configuration options
currently the only way I know of changing multiple font fields at once is to open the Saved variables file in a text editor and use the replace function and that's super cursed
I suppose I could try to come up with a more "proper" solution and put in a PR
there is a PR
for default options sort of thing
@high oasis unless i misunderstood what you were after https://github.com/WeakAuras/WeakAuras2/pull/2948
That PR is in limbo
Jeremy will take it out of it
