I'm trying to track PI on the party, and play a custom sound when it is cast. My issue is now that the Dynamic Icon just stays on the screen before/after it's cast and never goes away when the buff is inactive.

This appears to have worked! I was confused because my other buff trackers didn't require this addition. Thank you!
