Number spam in chatbox

I'm getting this number spam while in dungeons, but only in m+, and I believe its from a weakauara, but I don't know how I can figure out which one.

look at which auras are in your loaded section while the numbers are appearing

Was hoping for a better way then just turning on/off a weakaura at the time, but thanks for the tip
