Has anyone found a way to color a progress bar at intervals - I know that it is somewhat possible for empowered spells on evoker?
I would like to have it for my astral power bar. I added a quick sketch showing that the part of your power below lets say 40 is grey/white. The part between 40 and 50 is dark pink. The part above 50 and to the amount of power you have is bright pink.

You generally do it with Overlays, but they need to be coded in to the Trigger.
However, if you're saying that you would always have those specific sections coloured that way then you could do that with 3 separate bars, with Min/Max Progress settings in Display

If all the values are constant, it might just be easier to use a custom bar texture. Pre-colored to the proportions you want.

When you say overlays, do you mean multiple progress bar weakauras on top of eachother?

They would change based on talents, however, i suppose i could just make multiple talents. Is it possible to actually change the color with the texture tho? I thought you could only change brightness and alpha?

It's a system.
Sure the Power trigger uses that system for cost. The health trigger uses it for absorbs. You can use it in a Custom Trigger.

That doesn’t quite work for balance druid I believe as the casts are instant. If I’m understanding it correctly What he would want is similar to mine I believe but showing the whole bar instead of a 1 px overlay
I’m away until Wednesday but you could modify my bar to achieve this if you were interested
