I recommend adding a timer tracker for Tiger's Fury for feral. New talent makes the uptime on it very high and it's important to not overwrite dots if Tiger's fury drops

yes buff timer and CD timer visible at the same time. Currently in pre-patch which will play very similar to DF you can have your Tiger's fury up for longer than the cooldown. Then you have the talent that resets the CD on Tiger's Fury also. Ensuring that all your bleeds have the Tiger's Fury damage bonus is important. But also, making sure that you're not leaving free energy on the table when you get a CD reset but your Tiger fury is still active is also bad.

I think there is something off with the visual clarity of your texts, not sure how to fix it best. The perfectly white is hard to tell apart from the really bright parts of the bars and its contrast is too high to the darkest parts of the icons
Maybe use a light grey colour and a thicker outline (still black)?

@terse frigate It's hard to set everything perfectly for everyone, most players told me that everything is fine, some want different glows for buffs and spell overlay glow, some do not like borders. I am doing my best to make all things possible at once, adding many customization options etc. Now (sadly) i have no free time to do new things, so cant really do much about your issue. Later i will probably add text customization in options (except size - it is specified only when you creating a text region and i can't edit it's basic size after that, if i do it will be pixelated), glows and borders.
the best way to easy fix is to mass select all auras and change their property to what u want
