But honestly if we narrow down into the chars that can be immediately implemented after the first 3 movies it'll probably be: Chaotix, Silver, Babylon Rogues, and Chaos 0/Tikal since so far their main origin remains unaffected. Even if they changed the master emerald lore the echidnas being involved still remain for Chaos and Tikal. Rouge I will say is a bit trickier since she is not involved, but she'll still be easy enough to be implemented. Omega is either GUN or something related to Eggman.

I will say, while I would've liked for there to be more of Gerald in the past to cement his relation with Maria and Shadow of yor, I do like the little elements with him when it came to this flashback
