Hey all! This is a MOC me and my mate have been working on for a long while. While still in progress I thought I'd share it here!

The intent was to keep it modular for lego City purposes, and keep it as accurate to the movies while pulling inspiration from The Amazing Spider-Man 1 & 2, as well as the Sam Raimi trilogy with Tobey Maguire.

It has 8 floors including the lobby with too many easter eggs to count.

1st floor: Lobby
2nd floor: Secret Projects Room
3rd Floor: Eel Lab
4th Floor: Dr. Connor's Lab
5th Floor: Spider Lab
6th Floor: Green Goblin Lair
7th Floor: Office
8th Floor: Penthouse Suite

While the tower floors itself aren't modular, we designed the "Droor" system. Each floor pulls out like a dresser drawer for play.

That minifigure sheet was made early on, and since we have added Norman as well we made sure to distinguish the two gobbos properly

2nd floor: Eel Lab complete.

The floor has a eel tank, some desks, and a catwalk that Max falls off when he gets zapped. Also a hidden Emperor's New Groove easter egg. 😉

The main thing to set this apart from Bugle and Avenger's tower is the insane detail my friend Wildfyre_Bricks managed to get on the interiors. With easter eggs, play features. You name it.
