#Make it so people who don’t have a level role yet have a different role

Lots of people who don’t have a level role have one of the different roles as their color like the I can’t count role or the piggy user role. It should be changed because I get a bit jealous that they have those special colors. Maybe just change the I have spoken role to the same as Lego newbie and make it so the I have spoken role is always the color showing until they get a level role

All new users should automatically be assigned the newbie level role upon joining the server
